BotLab Sàrl is an independent management company, established in 2020 in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

It is registered with the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) to operate as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) under the Law of 12 July 2013 on the management of Alternative Investment Funds, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2.A.
